It takes a Village

9X12x1/2 inch stretch canvas $75 USD

Pioneers of North America often started off with small villages. Traveling by wagon meant selecting required belongings. They often make their own tools to till the soil, cut sod and carry water from a river or spring. Cooperation among village members was a must. Raising food, hunting for meat to raising children required assistance, often prayer and a love of the lifestyle. Many homes started out as sod houses causing families to prioritize the basics far before building stone or frame homes.
